In this article, I write about my tasks for the day, when and how I will tackle them and then tackling them with you. The focus? Cleaning up websites, finishing our landing page, continuing sales and admin work. A lot, let's see what we get done.

πŸ•› 11:16pm - The Day Before - Making a ToDo List

I like to review my day and make a new todo list for the following day. If I do it, I am much more calm the next day. If I do not do it, it is more difficult for me to find my rhythm the next morning, so let's collect those things that are in my mind:

  • Finishing our new landing page with Framer, Cursor and Lovable. Wanna check out the first Part? Find it below. If you want to code and build along, I highly recommend you to do that. It helps you to follow our work here.
Sunday, August 24th 2025 Part III - Building a Landing Page with Framer, Lovable and Cursor
In this article I share with you my process of building a landing page from scratch for our main tech products and the learnings I gain from doing so. Let’s begin.
  • Answering everyone on Linkedin. We are talking 25 messages and countless new connections plus. Plus posting. Connecting with more people - see our Sunday list of people that will "change the world". And scroll towards the links on 'Alexey Guzey'.
Sunday August 24th, 2025 - AI, Career Advice, Sales & Trends
In DailyDoings I write about my daily activities, that bring ideas, innovations, β€œsynthesis”, and connecting the dots between what I see and what I read. This time, its about AI, Career Advice, Sales, Tech Tools and Trends
  • Admin Work. That is personal, I won't change the intimate details of it, but what I learn about it quite so. Let's plan 2 hours, or more precisely 120 min.
  • Moving over Tirida to our website, maybe. More about that later.
  • And when that is not enough? Then sports and more connecting and writing people. Maybe an event later during the day.

See you tomorrow. πŸ˜„

πŸ•ž 3:17pm: A new article, an AI Storybuilder, new Ideas and new Links to be collected

The day has moved on and it's the first lines I write this Monday despite an article I am currently writing on an psychological level - will share it with you once done.

What else is going on? A lot! A whirlwind of various projects and all related to the fact of what I found out this morning: I am rationalizing heavily, abstracting myself out of my work at times. The result? All tasks are equally important.

That may explain why at 3:20pm I have a plethora of tasks and things I am doing already today and that I just opened up forgetting about the tasks that I put on my to-do list for today.

Tasks and Activities I did so far:

  • Writing an Article: I woke up with a weird feeling of being lost. And wondered why. I had a breakthrough moment and wanted to share that. For everyone who may feel similar and gaining some insights out of it. Still writing. Already 2.5k words.
  • Planning an Article: Writing about the process of creating a comic story with AI based on the feeling and scenery I was describing in the beginning of the former article. The creative process paired with AI based on that one.
  • Connecting back to people I reached out on Linkedin. Answering messages. Reaching out, building networks. No post yet. Partially Done. No new outreaching. Still missing.
  • Running and updating parts of my admin tasks, being outside for a while.
  • One person wanted to sign up to my newsletter and I realized: damn, I can for whatever reason not sign up to Beehiiv, and my Lovable sign-up is not working as intended, the link is wrong on Linkedin - bad. Trying to fix that for ages now, submitted a support ticket, waiting, fixing the Lovable - Beehiiv connect instead - time-consuming
  • One person shared an article they wrote, exactly about the topic I am fascinated about: how to put the human into the AI developments, how to make sure the human is not forgotten. -> Wanted to add that for my NxtConnect AI newsletter, but did not do it yet. My Newsletter Droplets product is not ready yet, failing via Railway and Cursor and Frontend and Auth system, very annoying - switching to local version for now? Checking that out.
  • The lose ends are stacking up. And the main first task is not yet done. I see the rabbit holes, I see how I lose track of what I want to achieve.
  • I checked events for today, nothing interesting to be found - good - so I have more time to get my tasks done. Still, it is late, and there are many open ends. Need to structure them. And there are 25 tabs open - again. (check out the articles from yesterday).

Zakaria Laaraj and the AI2030 article about "The Automation Blindspot: What AI Can’t Replace and Why It Matters"

Last week, I attended an event of AI2030 and was excited about the discussions and what the panelists talked about. See my post about that on Linkedin here:

Several people commented - more on the topic itself than the post, which I think speaks for the topic itself that has been discussed and the themes that we are currently resonating with.

I reached out to those that were part of the panel discussion, I started conversations with those that are interested in the topic.

The result? I started an online conversation with Zakaria Laaraj and he shared with me an article he wrote together with others of the AI2030 community.

The Automation Blindspot: What AI Can’t Replace and Why It Matters

In it they discuss and touch upon exactly that topic, about leadership and humility at the intersection of AI and our human way of leading, working with each other and more. A detailed discussion will follow via the newsletter as well as another article. For now, if that topic interests you, check out their article.

You love to abstract your world? Come back down and feel it!

I wrote an article about a feeling of being lost and where it may come from. Talking about the rational mind, abstraction and how fading out our emotions may result in a one-dimensional experience that is not rooted in a subjective feeling and connect to what we do. Like a 2D character missing the character of a 3D multi-dimensional person.

If you are interested in reading it and getting acquainted with my method of more connecting the rational and the emotional mind, then click on the link below:

You love to abstract your world? Come back down and feel it!
This article discusses the weird feeling you feel when you are abstracting and rationalizing your world and are forgetting the role you play in it and the sentiments you feel in it

Closing the Day with some notes and learnings

When I look at my objectives of the day and the things I did that day, then there is a big discrepancy in them πŸ˜…

  • Planned: Finish Website -> ❌ FAILED, did not touch it today
  • Planned: Answering everyone on Linkedin -> βœ… SUCCEEDED, though no new ones
  • Planned: Admin Work -> 🚫 PARTIALLY -> One progress call, no admin work, oh wait one - went to AT & T to fix an issue with my phone bill (not part of the planned admin work though...)
  • Planned: Moving over Tirida Website -> ❌ FAILED, did not touch it today

And for what I actually did:

  • Actual: Wrote a 3k article about a feeling and a realization I had in the morning -> βœ… SUCCEEDED
  • Actual: Wanted to write another article about the process of creating the AI image in the article above -> ❌ FAILED, only wrote the headline :D
  • Actual: Did a lot of miscellaneous work, no real "creation" -> 🚫 PARTIALLY or even FAILED, as no progress of work was involved

Learnings:

  • Celebrate the small wins. If you only look at the things not working well, the list gets long.
  • Link your work back to your values and emotions. That will help you in any way immensely.
  • Planning my day as I did from Sunday to Monday did not work well. Will try another strategy tomorrow. We will then learn how successful that will have been.
  • There are 3 buckets of wealth - health, relationships and financially. Keep that in mind, when you look for an easy way to focus on what you want to achieve and what you need to do to get there.

So far so good for today.

See you tomorrow.
