Tuesday, 26th August 2025 - Founders & AI Coding
Working and Sharing - here I share with you my work, experiences, and learnings. Today: An event in New York, building our website, networking, product building and continuing my x-y-axis Framework.
Happy Tuesday everyone! And welcome to another insight into Frederike's work and growth.
Met some amazing founders in the NYC Ecosystem:
- Marie Eric - Creating a new form of plastic, or better a replacement of plastic which is even eatable
- Ashley Grace Jefferson - Building a community of Fractional, Founders and Funders and hosts events
Met a fractional for growth and fundraising:
- Jack Hudgins - Fractional and former VC and company builder
Explained 3x randomly to people how Vibe Coding / AI coding works and what kind of platforms they can use.
Here is what I described in a nutshell:
For Frontend Websites Only with little Interactivity and Connects
Fast Version (easier, less beautiful, flexible):
1) Find a beautiful website design at Framer Templates
2) Make screenshots and copy-paste into Lovable
3) Chat with Lovable to make the changes until you are done
Flexible Version (more complex, more beautiful, more unique):
1) Find a beautiful website design at Framer Templates.
2) Make screenshots and copy-paste into Cursor
3) Chat with Cursor to make the changes until you are done
For Complex Full-Stack Websites
There are various ways how you can do that. Here are my preferred ones.
For "easy" backends, so all that is not heavy multi-step AI processing:
1) Describe to Lovable what you are building
2) Connect Supabase and Github
3) Optional: Use Cursor to update and improve what Lovable/Supabase build
For complex backends, heavy multi-step AI processing:
1) Describe what you are building to Jules and have it handy for later
2) Ask Jules to build the next feature that you need for your project
3) Open it in Cursor and test the new functionality in detail
4) Repeat until you are done and your full vision/description is built feature by feature and step by step. You can also build in parallel.
